Our ESG priorities are organized under four pillars or focus areas. These focus areas integrate with our business strategy to provide a focused approach to manage our sustainability commitments and contribution towards the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We have set goals and targets under each focus area, and we track our progress using measurable and meaningful metrics.
Our goal is to create a sustainability culture throughout the entire organization, regardless of hierarchy. To achieve this, we foster collaboration across all functions, empowering our employees to drive ESG initiatives that embody our company’s ESG Framework.

- Diverse workforce: In Q2 FY25, over 115K+ employees were women, representing 37.4% of the Core workforce and 18.2% of Associates.
- Digitizing Job Discovery: An average of over 5K+ job openings were posted monthly on Qjobs during Q2 FY25, with a fulfilment rate 99%.
- Nurturing work environment: Great place to work® re-certified for 2024-25
Our commitment to creating a positive societal impact is channelized through Quess Foundation is the CSR arm of Bluspring Enterprises Ltd. With its core efforts tilted towards education and health – the central pillars of a socio-economically strong nation – Quess Foundation is building accelerators to attain a better, brighter future for the children of tomorrow.
School Upgradation: Adopted 75 government schools to provide essential facilities, benefiting over 15K+ students.
Academic Support:
- Distributed over 14K+ school bags and 8K+ notebooks as part of the education kit.
- Provided life skills education to more than 12K+ students.
- Trained over 6K+ students in computer skills.
- Awarded scholarships to 52 deserving students
Health & Wellbeing:
- 7K+ Students screened under the Annual Health Screening program.
- 3K+ Treated for dental problems.
- 261 Spectacles given.
- 400+ Students benefited from socio-emotional support programs.
Though Bluspring is not a carbon intensive company, our environmental focus is towards mitigating climate change risks which is part of our sustainability strategy. As we enhance our dedication to bettering quality of life and the environment, our industry can exemplify how a low-impact company can lead in reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
- Responsible waste management: Disposed of over 2.6K+ kgs of e-waste in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Biodiversity: 500+ trees planted.
Our ESG governance structure has strong cross-functional representation, with oversight by the CSR Committee of the Board of Directors. As one of the largest private sector employers in India, driving responsible labour practices holds utmost importance for us.
- Robust code of conduct: Nil complaints were filed in Q2 FY25 regarding data privacy, cybersecurity, anti-bribery, or conflicts of interest.
- Quality and Information Security: Quess Corp is ISO 37001: 2016, ISO 27001: 2013 and ISO 9001: 2015 certified
- Data Privacy and Cyber Security: Cyber Security Council with C-suite level oversight
- ESG evolution: Specific ESG targets to drive and implement our ESG strategy
